CFR in dreamland

The North American Super Highway is a silly dream cooked up by the egomanic eggheads at the Council on foreign Relations.
It is a super highway free trade zone outside the jurisdiction of state and national authorities that stretch from the Panama Canal zone to Northern Canada. It would be a 1/2 mile wide and follow (or take over) I35 thru Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas, etc.
